The persimmons are here! That reminds us that we need a little refresher course on fizzy, festive drinks starring our little orange friend.


Persimmon Puree

Peel ripe persimmons, then puree in a food processor with a couple tablespoons of Grand Marnier. Freeze in an airtight container.

Persimmon Bellini Cocktail Recipe

  • 2 tbsp persimmon puree
  • top with your favorite sparkling wine (cava or prosecco)
  • pomegranate seeds for garnish

Add persimmon puree to a festive champagne flute, then top with sparkling wine. Garnish with several pomegranate seeds.
