Pricing
Twist's rate structure makes planning simple. We charge a predetermined service fee based on the details of your event and then will only charge in addition for the alcohol that is consumed. We do not require minimums, and are happy to work within your budget.
Service Fees
Service fees are based on the date, time and location of your event, the number of people in attendance and the type of service requested. Service Fees generally range from $195--$695 and include the following:
- The initial consultation and coordination of your event, and all customization services
- Portable bar system including all bar equipment and supplies
- Professional staffing of your event from set up through clean up of the bar area
- Oregon liquor license and permits
- $2,000,000 of liquor liability insurance coverage for your event
Alcohol Pricing
Similar to a restaurant or bar, Twist charges for alcohol by the drink and will only charge for what is consumed (minimums are not required). We stock the bar with high-quality products and will always ensure your special requests. Example of drink prices:
Beer: $4/bottle
Wine: $5--$8/glass
Mixed drinks: $6--$8/drink
Signature Cocktails: $7--$9/drink
Before your event, we will confirm all products and prices with you so that there are no surprises. All drinks are served in plastic barware. As an added option, we can provide glassware at an additional cost.
Hosted and Non-Hosted Bars
Hosted Bar:
Offering a hosted bar at your event adds an extra special touch to the occasion. Twist will coordinate with you to determine limits or maximums to ensure that you stay within your specified budget for a hosted bar.
Non-Hosted Bar:
For some events, a non-hosted or cash bar is more appropriate and guests will pay for each of their drinks individually.
Combination:
We can also establish a combination of a hosted and non-hosted bar where the event host may choose to provide alcohol up to a certain limit. For example, you may decide to host the first two drinks, the first two hours, or simply host up to a certain dollar amount. Once that limit is reached, we will make a gracious change to a cash bar.
